SWIRLD, LLC — STRICTION NO-REFUND POLICY ENFORCEMENT

1. DIGITAL ASSET EXCLUSION Due to the proprietary nature and immediate delivery of the Swirld Knowledge Base, digital management manuals, advanced automated scripts, and licensing frameworks, all sales of digital assets and architectural blueprints are final.

2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EXCLUSION Fees collected for the initial Professional Audit, baseline structural assessments, System Setup ($300.00 one-time setup fee), and ongoing Corporate Infrastructure Management Subscriptions ($300.00 monthly recurring) represent the allocation of professional consulting hours and specialized system configurations. Consequently, all processing fees, setup costs, and monthly recurring infrastructure assessments are strictly non-refundable.
