SWIRLD, LLC — MASTER TERMS OF SERVICE & ADVISORY ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT

1. ENGAGEMENT FRAMEWORK By accessing the digital infrastructure, professional knowledge bases, or engaging the management consulting services of Swirld, LLC ("the Company"), the client enterprise ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Master Terms of Service. Swirld, LLC operates strictly under NAICS classification 541611 as an Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Firm.

2. MANDATORY CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENT All corporate infrastructure programs, management consulting retainers, and enterprise monitoring services require a mandatory, non-cancelable twelve (12) month continuous engagement commitment. Client explicitly acknowledges that early termination of the corporate infrastructure program is prohibited, and the remaining balance of the annualized contract value shall become immediately due and payable upon any unauthorized cessation of payment schedules.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Swirld, LLC delivers strategic blueprints, automated operational workflows, and corporate advisory infrastructure. The Company does not guarantee specific external financing approvals, underwriting outcomes, or capital acquisition success. All executive decisions made utilizing the Company's strategic infrastructure remain the exclusive liability of the Client's corporate officers.
